Pièces en concert

Published in Paris in 1741, the Pièces de clavecin en concerts from Rameau took up an important place in the harpsichord
repertoire but also in the music history. Far from being temporay, this new way of writing for keyboard, with one or
several instruments, will meet with great success and give birth to the « keyboards trio » from the classical time. One
may consider these Pièces de clavecin en concerts as the first keyboards trio from the music history.
